Post Roast Blend– Guatemala and Peru are roasted in one batch, while the Sumatra and Brazil are roasted in a separate batch. Then, we take equal parts of those roasted batches and mix them together to create this year’s Holiday Blend. By separating the components into two separate roast profiles, we are able to have different approaches in the roasting process to develop all the amazing flavors you will find in this year’s Holiday Blend.
